Social Panel is an add-on I am developing. The first release will be customized to work with phpBB, but the design is open enough that it should be easy to plug in anywhere.

Social Panel is what you see at the bottom of this forum that looks like Facebook's panel or CometChat.

I have not decided if this will be free or if I will charge for it. But if I do decide to charge for it, it will be less than $5 USD.


I have a package ready to be deployed, but I have not released it yet. If you are interested in this product, contact me and I will package it up for you.

can you e-mail me what you have so far in a .zip.. I will make sure i can have version 3 work / include it .. might be on to something big here.. and we can use the 75,000 people I have as clients to start this..

I could use some help one a little bug in Social Panel that I can't seem to make work right.
In Firefox and Chrome the text scrolls fine to the bottom of the chat, but in IE it only goes to the middle (about). No matter what I do, even if I manually put in scroll numbers, it will scroll down and down but won't pass the middle.

Any ideas would be helpfull, I am still searching the internet, but maybe I will have to completely change the way I am doing it if I can't make it work right this way.
