Alert sound should continue to play until cleared

When the popup appears in the tray, the alert sound only plays once. If I am away from my computer screen or even on the phone, it is easily missed. I would like the alert sound to continue to loop until the popup is clicked. That would make it much more difficult to miss a chat.

I will add this to the TODO list, but until then I would just recommend looking at the status first thing when you get back to the computer.
