Chat request popup and alert only display on first request

Hi guys, thanks for your product. Looks like it will be just the ticket once I have it working.

My problem is that the Chat request popup image and alert sound only display the first time a chat request is made after LC2 is started. Subsequent requests don't spawn the popup or the alert sound. I'm actually starting to wonder now if an hour or so after startup, the alerts no longer function even if no chat has occured.

I have LC2 ver 1.0.7.3, the most recent server file and CSLH ver 2.16.8 installed. If it is of any importance, I'm using the non js version of livehelp.php. I've tried multiple changes in the LC2 settings and multiple states for the program such as open, open in background, minimized to tray, minimized to task bar and hidden.

I've noticed that if I enable the visitor popup (something I don't actually want) it continues to work with each visitor until there is a chat request. Odd that it functions differently than the Chat popup. I've also noticed that when starting the program new, the tray icon has a green aura. (Visitor indicator??) Later, that aura no longer appears. The Quick Stats and the status bar in LC2 show no visitors even if CSLH shows visitors are online. Tried the LC2 on another computer as well though still on our current network. Symptoms are the same.

Infrequently, I will receive the following error details when clicking the Chat Popup.
